The booking form wants a phone number, a ZIP, a street address, the machine and the symptom. That is what the office needs to build a route and ring you back, and nothing else is asked for — no name, no email. Submissions travel through Web3Forms, a form-handling service, straight to the office’s inbox.
The street book — what was measured, what was replaced, what the machine is worth — is kept per address so that the next visit starts where the last one stopped. It is shared with you and with whoever you ask the crew to share it with (a landlord, a manager, an association). It is not sold, traded or handed to anyone else.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your browser’s request the way any web server does. To have a booking or a street book page deleted, ring (843) 969-4681 and ask.
